How Stairio Technologies Private Limited handles your information when you apply. Written in plain words.
What we collect
- The details you give us when you apply: name, email, phone, city, resume, and your answers.
- Your results in any tests or interviews, including voice recordings if you answer by voice.
- Basic signals during online tests, such as leaving the test tab, so the process stays fair for everyone.
How we use it
- Only to consider you for roles at Stairio. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
- An AI assistant may read your resume and grade written or spoken answers. It sees your experience and answers, not your name, contact details or age.
- A person on our team makes every decision. You can ask for a human-only review at any time.
How long we keep it
- If you're not hired, we delete your application 180 days after it closes, unless you join our talent pool.
- If you join the talent pool, we keep your details until you leave it.
Your choices
- Sign in to My applications to download a copy of your data or delete all of it in one step.
- You can also write to info@stairio.com with any question about your data.
